We worked very closely with our people to create a cluster of culture statements that are aligned to our critical success factors. Performance expectations, in line with our company culture, form part of our Performance Management process. These are now embedded within the everyday way of working at Biocats. We recognise that our people are a vital factor in the efficient and effective operation of our business and in this respect, we reward them for the work that they do and the contribution made in achieving our company goals.

Our assessment process is used to inform our Pay and Reward process that is linked to rewarding performance, culture and behaviours.
