The management team at Biocatalysts comprises of senior managers who represent the key functions of Production, Quality Control, Finance (grouped as the Operations Team) and Sales, Marketing and NPD (referred to as the Winning Business Team). From the naming of these groups it is clear where the emphasis lies, with Winning Business developing, launching and selling products to be made and despatched by the Operations team.
The close relationships between departments are what contribute to our high customer satisfaction scores and exemplary on time delivery performance (currently running at 99%).
Additionally the management team regularly comes together for offsite planning days to take themselves up, out of the day to day tasks, to concentrate on building the long term future of the company from a strategic level.
A big emphasis is placed across the company on learning and development and to this end, the management team attend a variety of learning events. In the coming months, all the managers are undertaking customised programmes of development to improve their overall performance as strategic drivers within the company and to ensure that they operate at the highest levels as team leaders.
